Product Overview
The LG-IN2444 is the Mako kit for a 4x4 MIMO cellular router that also needs GPS but does not use external Wi-Fi antennas. It gives fleet, public safety and fixed-site teams one roof-mounted dome for four 4G/5G elements and a GPS/GNSS element.
The kit pairs the Panorama LGMM4-6-60 antenna with factory-fitted 5 m (16 ft) flame-retardant cables. The Mako dome is rated IP69K and IK10, mounts through a single hole, and does not need a metallic ground plane, so it works on steel roofs, non-metallic panels and equipment cabinets.

Right for you if
- Your router has four cellular SMA ports and one GPS port, and you do not need external Wi-Fi antennas.
- You want one rugged dome rated IP69K and IK10 on a vehicle roof or cabinet.
- You need coverage from 617 MHz through 6 GHz, including the 600 MHz band.
- If you also need Wi-Fi, see the LG-IN2445 (2x2), LG-IN2607 (3x3), LG-IN2446 (4x4) or LG-IN2447 (6x6).
FAQ
Can I split the four cellular elements between two modems?
Panorama designs the four LTE elements for 4x4 MIMO. They can be wired as two 2x2 pairs on a dual-SIM router that runs in failover, with only one SIM or radio active at a time. Panorama states the antenna is not intended for concurrent or aggregated dual-modem use, because isolation between the pairs is not sufficient for it.
Does the dome need a metal roof or ground plane?
No. Panorama states that none of the antennas in the Mako range require a metallic ground plane, and that they keep a high level of performance on non-metallic surfaces. That covers non-metallic roofs and panels as well as steel vehicle roofs and equipment cabinet tops, so one part number can serve a mixed fleet.
What connectors are on the cables?
The LG-IN2444 ships with 5 m (16 ft) cables fitted at the factory, one per element. The cellular and GPS cables end in SMA male plugs. Panorama also lists a loose-cable (-LC) version of this kit, so ask RCN if your install needs cables pulled before the antenna is mounted.
