Product Overview

Panorama WMM4G-6-60 4G/5G LTE Directional Panel Antenna, Ericsson Cradlepoint Approved

The WMM4G-6-60 is a directional high-gain 4x4 MIMO panel antenna, which boosts 4G and 5G signals. Incorporating four separately fed wideband element assemblies in a single housing, it provides 6 dBi of peak gain in the 617 to 960 MHz frequency range and 9 dBi peak gain within the 1710 to 6000 MHz range. The WMM4G-6-60 is a high-performance but cost-effective 4x4 MIMO panel antenna for network operators, service providers, and end-users. It ensures stability and improved data throughput for cellular routers and modems and is ideal for enterprise, branch, and failover applications.
The weather-resistant housing includes brackets for vertical walls and mast mounting. Four low-loss, double-shielded cables in lengths from 1.5 feet (.5 meter) to 98 feet (30 meters) pass through the bottom of the radome to minimize weather exposure to the connector joints.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Panorama WMM4G-6-60 and what is it designed for?
The WMM4G-6-60 is a high-gain directional 4x4 MIMO panel antenna for 4G LTE and 5G NR networks. It is designed for enterprise, branch office, and network failover applications where a directional antenna is needed to pull in a distant cell tower signal with maximum throughput. It is ideal for rural broadband, fixed wireless, and building-mounted deployments where omni-directional antennas are insufficient. It is Cat 18 ready, supporting the peak carrier aggregation configurations used by advanced LTE-A and 5G NR modems.
What frequency bands does the WMM4G-6-60 cover?
The WMM4G-6-60 covers 617–960 MHz and 1710–6000 MHz—the full global cellular spectrum from low-band LTE (including Band 71) through 5G NR sub-6 GHz (up to 6 GHz). Gain is 6 dBi peak in the 617–960 MHz range and 9 dBi peak in the 1710–6000 MHz range. The four independently fed wideband element assemblies support 4x4 MIMO across all covered frequencies.
How is the WMM4G-6-60 mounted?
The WMM4G-6-60 includes integrated brackets for wall or mast (pole) mounting and is designed for permanent outdoor installation. It should be aimed toward the target cell tower for best performance. Four low-loss, double-shielded coaxial cables exit through the bottom of the radome (minimizing weather exposure at the connector joints) and are available in lengths from 0.5 meters (1.5 feet) to 30 meters (98 feet). Antenna dimensions are 507 × 307 × 85 mm.
What is the MIMO configuration and what connector types are available?
The WMM4G-6-60 is a 4:1 antenna with four independently fed elements providing 4x4 MIMO capability. Two connector options are available: 4× SMA male with 5-meter (16-foot) cables (model WMM4G-6-60-5SP), or 4× N-type female jack with 0.5-meter (1.5-foot) pig-tail cables (model WMM4G-6-60-05NJ) for use with lower-loss external cable runs. Maximum input power is 20 watts; impedance is 50 ohms.
Is the WMM4G-6-60 compatible with Ericsson Cradlepoint routers?
Yes. The WMM4G-6-60 is confirmed compatible with Ericsson Cradlepoint routers including the AER2200, AER1600, and CBA850. It is the go-to high-gain panel antenna for Cradlepoint 4x4 MIMO LTE deployments that need to overcome signal challenges from distance, terrain, or building attenuation.
What are the environmental ratings for the WMM4G-6-60?
The WMM4G-6-60 features a white ASA radome with a steel and aluminum bracket assembly, rated IP66 (fully dustproof and resistant to powerful water jets). Operating temperature range is -40°C to +80°C (-40°F to +176°F), suitable for permanent outdoor installation in virtually any climate.
