Product Overview
The SH-IN2440 puts a vehicle router's cellular, Wi-Fi and GPS antennas inside an OEM-style sharkfin that looks like a factory part. Fleets and public safety agencies use it when they want five antenna functions on the roof without an obvious antenna dome.
The kit pairs the Panorama SHKG-7-27-24-58 antenna with factory-fitted 5 m (16 ft) flame-retardant cables. Cellular and GPS cables end in SMA male plugs and the two Wi-Fi cables end in reverse-polarity SMA plugs. The sharkfin is rated IP66.

Can the Sharkee be used on unmarked vehicles?
Yes. Panorama describes the Sharkee series as an OEM automotive-style sharkfin and lists public safety as a primary application, and the housing is available in black or white to match the vehicle. The low visual profile is the main reason agencies choose it over a dome on unmarked or covert vehicles.
Does it cover 5G?
The SHKG-7-27 cellular elements cover 698-960 MHz and 1710-3800 MHz, with up to 5 dBi peak gain. That includes most LTE bands and mid-band 5G up to 3.8 GHz, but not 600 MHz Band 71 or bands above 3.8 GHz. For wider coverage, the SHKG-6-60 based SH-IN2618 covers 617-6000 MHz.
What connectors are on the cables?
The SH-IN2440 ships with 5 m (16 ft) cables fitted at the factory, one per element. The two cellular cables and the GPS cable end in SMA male plugs, and the two Wi-Fi cables end in reverse-polarity SMA plugs. Panorama also lists a loose-cable (-LC) version for installs that pull cables first.
