Product Overview
The SH-IN2463 is the six-element Sharkee kit for routers that use three external Wi-Fi antennas. It keeps two LTE, three Wi-Fi and one GPS/GNSS element inside an OEM-style sharkfin, so the vehicle looks factory-fitted while the router gets every antenna it needs.
The kit pairs the Panorama SHKG-7-27-T24-58 antenna with factory-fitted 5 m (16 ft) flame-retardant cables. Cellular and GPS cables end in SMA male plugs and the three Wi-Fi cables end in reverse-polarity SMA plugs. The sharkfin is rated IP66.

FAQ
Can the Sharkee be used on unmarked vehicles?
Yes. Panorama describes the Sharkee series as an OEM automotive-style sharkfin and lists public safety as a primary application. The low visual profile is the main reason agencies choose it over a dome on unmarked or covert vehicles. Panorama lists a white SH-IN2463-W, but its part table shows that version with 2x2 Wi-Fi, so confirm before ordering white.
Does it cover 5G?
The SHKG-7-27 cellular elements cover 698-960 MHz and 1710-3800 MHz, with up to 5 dBi peak gain. That includes most LTE bands and mid-band 5G up to 3.8 GHz, but not 600 MHz Band 71 or bands above 3.8 GHz. For wider coverage, the SHKG-6-60 based SH-IN2618 covers 617-6000 MHz.
Does it need a metal roof?
The Sharkee mounts through a single hole in the roof panel, and Panorama also lists a magnetic mounting option for the SHK[G]-7-27 range. The cellular, GPS and Wi-Fi cables are flame-retardant RG174 that meet EN45545-2 HL3 and UN ECE R118. If you are mounting on a non-metallic roof, ask RCN to confirm the install with Panorama guidance.
