Panorama LPAM4-7-42 Clam 4x4 MIMO 4G/5G Low Profile IoT Antenna

The LPAM4-7-42 Clam gives an IoT router four 4G/5G elements in a low, curved housing built for public places. Panorama designed it as a one-size-fits-all IoT antenna for kiosks, vending machines, street furniture, smart agriculture and private 4G/5G networks.

It covers 698-960 MHz and 1427-4200 MHz, carries IK10 impact and IP69K ingress ratings, and mounts on conductive or non-conductive panels. Four integrated 2 m (6.56 ft) flame-retardant cables end in SMA male plugs.

Is the Clam housing suitable for public locations?
Panorama built the Clam housing from flame-retardant, impact-resistant plastic with a curved shape that is harder to vandalize. It carries an IK10 impact rating and IP69K ingress rating, and Panorama lists vending machines, kiosks and street furniture among its applications. That makes it a fit for devices installed where the public can reach them.

Does it cover 5G?
Panorama lists the four cellular elements at 698-960 MHz and 1427-4200 MHz and describes them as 4G LTE and 5G NR elements. That covers LTE, mid-band 5G and CBRS up to 4.2 GHz. It does not cover 600 MHz Band 71 or bands above 4.2 GHz, so check your carrier band plan.

Can it go on a plastic or fiberglass panel?
Yes. Panorama states the Clam can be installed on conductive or non-conductive panels without significant detriment to performance. Panorama also offers a magnetic and adhesive Clam version for no-drill installs. The panel-mount LPAM4-7-42 listed here uses four 2 m cables with SMA male plugs.
