Product Overview
The InHand CR202-Lite is the smallest, lowest-cost way to put a managed cellular connection on a piece of equipment or in a technician's bag. It is an LTE Cat 6 router with Wi-Fi, two Ethernet ports, and a detachable battery rated for up to 8 hours, in a housing that fits in a jacket pocket.
It is aimed at kiosks, digital signage, vending, and small unattended sites where a full industrial router is more than the job needs, and at field workers who need a reliable connection for a laptop and a couple of devices. Every unit reports into InHand Device Manager for bulk configuration and monitoring.

FAQ
Is this 5G?
No. The CR202-Lite is an LTE Cat 6 router. For portable 5G, choose the CR602.
Which carriers work?
The North American model is certified on Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, and FirstNet. Use your own Nano-SIM, or the eSIM as a second profile.
How is it managed?
Through InHand Device Manager, which provides bulk configuration, firmware upgrades, and status monitoring across many units. Ask RCN about current Device Manager terms.
Can RCN monitor and support it after purchase?
Yes. RCN's U.S.-based 24/7 NOC can monitor and support InHand deployments as a managed service, quoted separately from the hardware.
How long does it take to ship?
InHand hardware ships direct from the manufacturer's U.S. distribution. Lead times vary by model and quantity; ask us for a current estimate before you order if timing is critical.
Can we purchase on a purchase order or government contract?
Yes. RCN sells through GSA Schedule and cooperative contracts including NASPO ValuePoint, Sourcewell, OMNIA Partners, and Equalis Group, and we can invoice approved accounts on a PO. Ask us to route your order through the right vehicle.
