The InHand CR602 is a battery-powered 5G router built for places that need real business connectivity without a fixed install: pop-up retail, food trucks, temporary job-site offices, event booths, and as a grab-and-go failover unit for a store whose broadband just dropped.

It combines a Release 16 5G modem, Wi-Fi 7 for up to 32 wireless clients, two 2.5 GbE ports for wired equipment, and a removable 10,000 mAh battery rated for up to 12 hours on 5G. Three SIM positions (two Nano-SIM plus a factory-provisioned eSIM) fail over in seconds, and the whole fleet is managed remotely through InCloud Manager.

FAQ

Does the CR602 work with my existing carrier SIM?
Yes. The North American model is certified on Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, and FirstNet. Bring your own Nano-SIMs, and the built-in eSIM can serve as a third backup profile.

How is it managed?
Through InHand InCloud Manager, which handles remote configuration, monitoring, alerts, and firmware for every CR602 in your fleet, plus a mobile app for on-site staff. Ask RCN about current InCloud licensing terms.

Can it run without the battery?
Yes. It runs on USB-C power with the battery removed, and the battery is user-replaceable.

Can RCN monitor and support it after purchase?
RCN's U.S.-based 24/7 NOC can monitor and support InHand deployments as a managed service. NOC coverage is quoted separately from the hardware.

How long does it take to ship?
InHand hardware ships direct from the manufacturer's U.S. distribution. Lead times vary by model and quantity; ask us for a current estimate before you order if timing is critical.
