The PNK R980 is RCN Technologies' compact Pop-Up Network Kit — the same purpose-built portable Wi-Fi concept as the R1900, in a smaller and lighter form factor. For most field deployments, this is RCN's primary recommendation.

Single button press. Pre-provisioned before it ships. No configuration, no IT staff required. Built around the Ericsson Cradlepoint R980 router, it supports up to 100 simultaneous connected devices within a 300-foot range, with a vehicle charger and wall charger included.
