FAQ

Does it support an existing wired internet connection as primary?
Yes. Use the 2.5 GbE port as WAN for your broadband circuit and the CPE02 will fail over to cellular automatically, or load-balance across both.

Which carriers work?
The North American model (CPE02-NANR) is certified on AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile. Use your own Nano-SIM, or the optional eSIM as a second profile.

How is it managed?
Through InHand InCloud Manager, with zero-touch deployment, bulk upgrades, and a dashboard for signal and client statistics. Ask RCN about current InCloud licensing terms.

Can RCN monitor and support it after purchase?
Yes. RCN's U.S.-based 24/7 NOC can monitor and support InHand deployments as a managed service, quoted separately from the hardware.

How long does it take to ship?
InHand hardware ships direct from the manufacturer's U.S. distribution. Lead times vary by model and quantity; ask us for a current estimate before you order if timing is critical.
